BlackWater analyzes the Client's, costs, assets, financial reports, as it relates to their supply chain, operations and the overall company.
Baseline Report - Strategic Intent
BlackWater reviews this information and provides a Baseline Report and recommendations on cost reduction and or opportunities to generate additional revenue.
Implementation and Project Monitoring
After the recommendations are agreed to and the project is launched. BlackWater provides help and guidance during the start up. If project produces direct cost reduction, BlackWater will review referred to as “Monitoring Period” when the new or future prices have gone into effect, BLACKWATER and Client will monitor the Client’s usage and suppliers’ prices and periodically report Cost Savings, Revenue, or Value realized to Client.
Implementation of Alternative Strategies
BlackWater may also work as a project manager for projects that last longer then 1 month. In addition, provides alternative solutions such as the acquisition of assets, asset management, financing of assets, structuring of contracts, RFI, RFP. Procurement of services and the implementation of those services.
